A senior aide to former President Donald Trump’s administration is due to testify at the committee’s surprise hearing on Tuesday, January 6.
Cassidy Hutchinson, an aide to Trump’s former chief of staff Mark Meadows, is expected to appear and testify at the Jan. 6 committee hearing on the Capital riots.
Hutchinson’s position as a senior aide under Meadows has excited many people to hope for insider information about the riots from a West Wing perspective.
