Islamabad: The missing citizen was found by order of the Supreme Court, while the police handcuffed him and brought him before the court after revealing the case and arresting him.
The Islamabad High Court heard the case of retrieving missing citizen Usman Shah from the G8 district of Islamabad since November 17, and demanding extortion of 7 million rupees from him. The police handcuffed the recovered citizen and brought him before the court.
The head of the court, Amir Farouk, expressed his anger at the police’s actions, and indicated that we will be noticed in this case, and the court summoned the inspector general for not recovering the hostage.
During the session, the recovering citizen came to the platform. The presiding judge asked who and when you were arrested and where you were taken, to which the rescued citizen replied that I was taken from Islamabad on the 17th. According to citizen Usman Shah, who was rescued, some people blindfolded him and took him away on November 17. The Chief Justice inquired if the man was with the police. The State Council replied that the police had not done so.
The Public Prosecutor told the court that we arrested him yesterday evening and there is a case against him. The Chief Justice noted that what happened suddenly in Syria was a miracle. Baziab Shehri’s lawyer, Sher Afzal, said there was no such thing in court yesterday that indicated there was any case against him. He made all the wrong statements. He was asked to extort 70 lakh rupees for recovery. The accused is IG Islamabad. The presiding judge said that I could not be released on bail and would not give any order or note. After the court remarks, the police returned the rescued citizen from the court in handcuffs.
