Eight passengers were injured after a boat capsized on the Lake of the Ozarks late Saturday night before crashing into a house.
The accident happened at midnight. The Missouri State Highway Patrol says a 2014 Nortech boat ran aground near the 1.3 mile marker of the Osage Arm. All eight passengers on board were ejected.

According to an MSHP incident report, the passengers were transported to Lake Regional for treatment. The age of the passengers was between 21 and 51 years.

The boat driver, Adam Ramirez, 47, of Huntington Beach, CA, was arrested and charged with BWI with Serious Injury. He was later released for medical treatment.
