After millions of Taylor Swift’s loyal fans waited in hours-long lines over the course of just two days, Ticketmaster is issuing an official apology to its customers on Friday night.
“We want to apologize to Taylor and all of her fans – especially those who had a terrible experience trying to buy tickets,” Ticketmaster announced on its Twitter account. Obliged to share some info on what happened,” Ticketmaster announced on its Twitter account.
